<p>A civil marriage is one where the marriage ceremony has a government or civil official performing the ceremony rather than a religious leader. Civil ceremonies are performed at the marriage registrar's office.</p>

<li>Application Form &ndash; 6 nos.</li>
<li>PP sized photographs &ndash; 4 each</li>
<li>Birth Certificate of bride &amp; groom</li>
<li>Residential Certificate/COI/SSC/ any other Certificate to prove nationality and residential address</li>
<li>Death Certificate in case of widow/ widower</li>
<li>Degree/Order from competent court in case of divorce</li>
<li>Panchayat Report</li>
