<p>SAMADHAN (Software Application for Monitoring And Disposal, Handling of Industrial Disputes/Claims/General Complaints) Portal is a digital initiative of the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India to make the life of workmen, management, trade union and other stakeholders smooth by making the system more user-friendly, transparent &amp; efficient though online documentation, centralized monitoring and reducing disposal time by giving them a single online platform for raising their grievances.&nbsp;</p>

<li>Non-payment of Height allowance</li>
<li>Non-payment of Hill station/winter allowance</li>
<li>Non-payment of Gratuity</li>
<li>Non-payment of Bonus</li>
</ul>
<p>Any legal dues and other matter related to employment and condition of service in the form of industrial dispute, charter of demand, claims under applicable labour laws and general complaint.</p>
