Degree in BS Management and Data Science The BS program offers a rigorous, analytics-driven management education to equip candidates to pursue careers in the ever-evolving industry and in governmental and non-governmental organizations. Diploma in Data Analytics for Business The Diploma program equips the candidates with the relevant skill set to address business problems with data analytics. The program aims to equip individuals with skills to become industry-ready candidates who can draw meaningful insights from data to drive business growth. The Diploma is an exit option in the BS Management and Data Science program. One can exit with the Diploma in Data Analytics for Business after completing the required foundation-level and specified diploma-level courses. Eligibility Criteria Anyone who has passed Class 12 (or equivalent) in any year with English and Class 10 with English & Mathematics can apply for the qualifier exam. School students who have appeared for their Class 11 final exams of any stream can apply. Those who qualify can join the program after passing Class 12. Coursework Content, tutorials, case discussions, doubt clearing sessions & assignments will be online, while quizzes and exams will be conducted in-person Flexibility Learn from anywhere, at your convenience. Option is available to choose the number of courses per term. The BS degree will be awarded once 142 credits are earned. Skills The graduates of this programme will have strong fundamentals and skills in Management and Data Science to meet the growing industry demand for management professionals with expertise in advanced analytics. Admission Process (Qualifier) Candidates can apply for the Qualifier Exam by clicking on the Apply Now button once the application form is open. Candidates will get access to 4 weeks of course content for 4 foundation level courses (Maths 1, Stats 1, CT, English 1). Those who get minimum required scores in weekly assignments in the four weeks will get to write the Qualifier Exam based on the four weeks of content. Those who get minimum required scores in the Qualifier Exam continue with the program. Others are encouraged to reappear for the Qualifier Exam. Admission to Foundation Level Regular Entry: All candidates, irrespective of their backgrounds, can earn admission to the Foundation Level by successfully completing the qualifier process. JEE-based Entry: Candidates eligible to appear for the most recent JEE Advanced are directly admitted to the Foundation Level. Regular Entry All regular entry applicants must go through the Qualifier Process to earn admission to the Foundation Level. Qualifier Preparation: The qualifier process includes 4 weeks of coursework based on lecture videos, assignments, and live sessions of the four foundational level courses - English I, Mathematics for Data Science I, Statistics for Data Science I, and Computational Thinking - that will be provided through our online portal. Every week an assignment must be submitted for grading in each course. Qualifier Exam: At the end of the 4 weeks, a qualifier exam will be conducted for eligible candidates based on the content covered in the 4 weeks of study. JEE-based Entry Candidates qualified to appear for JEE Advanced in 2025 or 2026 can directly join our program by following the steps below: Complete the application form when it opens up. Once we verify your proof for JEE Advanced , you are eligible to directly start the foundation level courses. Next, you have to register for courses (English 1, Maths 1, Statistics 1, Computational Thinking) by paying the course fees. You can register to 1/2/3/4 courses depending on the time you would have to study. We will inform you of when you can register for courses. Only after you register for courses, will you get access to content. Thereafter you continue the program as a regular student. You can pursue this even as you join another college or degree. Structure of the Program The program is split into three levels: Foundational Level (32 credits) Diploma Level (60 credits) BS Degree Level (50 credits) Total: 142 credits for BS Degree Online Courses & Assignments Duration of each course: 12 weeks - Each week comprising 2-3 hrs of videos, practice questions, text transcripts and online graded assignment(s). Quizzes and Exams In-person invigilated quizzes and exams at designated centers as per the grading pattern defined for each course. Term Structure Every year is divided into three terms of four months each - January Term, May Term and September Term. Each term of four months has 12 weeks of coursework (video lectures and assignments), 2 in-person invigilated Quizzes and End Term Exams. Depending on the course, assessments may include programming exams, mini projects, vivas, take home assignments, etc. Course Registrations In each term, a learner may register for upto 4 courses. Level Progression Requirements• Foundation Level: All 8 courses must be successfully completed before enrolling in any Diploma Level course.• Diploma Level: All courses and projects must be successfully completed before enrolling in any Degree Level course.• BS Degree Level: All courses must be successfully completed to graduate with the BS in Management & Data Science Degree.
