The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is a premier R&D organisation under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, engaged in research and development in Information Technology, Electronics, and allied areas. C-DAC Hyderabad invites applications from students who are currently pursuing or have recently completed courses in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Animation, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Digital Media, or related disciplines for an internship opportunity with the Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) Project and Vikaspedia Team at C-DAC Hyderabad. Selected interns will have the opportunity to work across various areas of digital content creation and communication, based on their skills and project requirements. Internship overview Duration: 6 Months Stipend: ₹20,000 per month Location: C-DAC Hyderabad, Hardware Park, Sy. No. 1/1, Srisailam Highway, Hyderabad, Telangana – 501510 Mode : On-campus Total number of interns - 4 Key areas of engagement The key areas of engagement may include: Multimedia & Video Production: Production of professional e-learning course videos, studio-based shoots, video editing, post-production, reels, short videos, short films, and cyber security awareness content. Social Media & Digital Content: Social media content creation, designing and publishing posts, managing social media content, preparing creatives, and supporting digital outreach activities. Graphic Design & UI/UX: Designing digital creatives, graphics, layouts, and other visual communication materials, along with UI/UX design and related activities. Other Digital Communication Activities: Depending on project requirements, interns may also contribute to content development, visual communication, digital campaigns, and other multimedia-related activities. Who can apply Students who are currently pursuing or have recently completed courses in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Animation, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Digital Media, or related disciplines Posses relevant skillsets related to the key areas of engagement. An indicative list is as follows Basic understanding of camera operations, studio lighting, teleprompter usage, framing and composition, chroma key (green screen) production, and video editing workflows. Skills in graphic design, social media management, UI/UX design, digital content creation, or related digital tools (Adobe Creative Suites, Figma & Canva) Benefits to students The internship will provide hands-on exposure to professional project environments and an opportunity to work on real-world digital content, multimedia production, social media, design, and communication initiatives.
