Assam Deen Dayal Divyangjan Sahajya Scheme

<h3>Brief objective</h3>
<p>The main objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Divyangjans of the state for their treatment.</p>
<h3>Benefits to the citizens</h3>
<p>The state government of Assam will provide one-time grant of Rs. 5000 to the disabled people for their treatment.</p>
<h3>Eligibility</h3>
<ul>
<li>Must be a resident of Assam.</li>
<li>Disability certificate (Possessing 40% disability or more will be considered)</li>
<li>There is no age limit no educational qualification is required.</li>
</ul>
<h3>How to apply</h3>
<p>Applicants should approach the District Social Welfare Officer, Govt. of Assam and submit the prescribed form</p>
