<h3>Breif Objective</h3>
<p>Govt. will provide an assistance of Rs. 1000 to all the boys and girls studying and living in the hostels meant for SCs / STs</p>
<h3>Benefits to the Citizens</h3>
<p>Along with the stipend, students of SC-ST groups studying in hostels are currently being provided with the facilities of cots, mattresses, sheets, table-chairs for reading, cooking utensils and kitchens etc.</p>
<h3>Eligibility</h3>
<ul>
<li>Students of scheduled caste, tribe of Bihar state.</li>
<li>Enrolled and living in hostels operated under SC-ST Welfare Department.</li>
<li>Study in a recognized course.</li>
<li>Study in recognized educational institutions.</li>
</ul>

<p>This is a state led scheme</p>
