Introduction Haryana Government launched Contractor Saksham Yuva Scheme on 30-01-2025. The main aim behind launching this scheme is to train unemployed youths so that new career opportunities will going to open for them. Skill Development and Industrial Training Department of the Haryana Government is the implementing department of this scheme. Youth having a Degree (B.E/B.Tech) or Diploma in Engineering and whose age is between 18 years to 40 years are eligible to apply for the short-term training of 3 months under Contractor Saksham Yuva Scheme. Training is not free of cost for all. The government will follow the below-mentioned criteria for training cost :- Training Cost is Rs. 26,000/- per candidate. No Need to Pay Training Cost if the applicant's youth family annual income is less than Rs. 3 lakh per year. 50% Training Cost will be paid if the applicant's youth family annual income is more than Rs. 3 lakh but less than Rs. 6 lakh. Full Training Cost will have to be paid by the applicant if the family's annual income is more than Rs. 6 lakh per year. The Government of Haryana will also provide the facility of accommodation. Certificate of Training Completion from Shri Vishawakarma Skill University. 45 Days on the Job Training. (Out of 3 Months) Rs. 3 Lakh Interest Free Loan for 1 year after training. Beneficiary Youth can take a contract up to Rs. 25 lakh as a Contractor. Eligibility Applicant Youth should be a Permanent Resident of Haryana. Applicant Youth should have an Engineering Degree or Diploma. Age should be between 18 years to 40 years. Qualified in the Merit List of CET is mandatory. Documents Aadhaar Card. PPP ID. Process to Apply The Online Application Form of the Contractor Saksham Yuva Scheme is available on the Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Department Website. Choose Contractor Saksham Yuva Scheme and Click on Registration. Enter Parivar Pehchan Patra ID (Family ID) of CET Roll Number. The portal will verify the PPP ID through OTP and fetch the family details after that. Choose Your Name and Fill the Online Application Form. Upload all the documents and submit them. Data of the Applicant Youth will be sent to Shri Vishwakarma Skill University for skill training. Youths selected under this scheme will get 45 days of classroom training and 45 days of on-the-job training in the Government Department under the Contractor Saksham Yuva Scheme. Trainees will have to undergo an assessment test to complete their skill training. Shri Vishwakarma Skill University will provide a Certificate to all passed youths. Once passed, the beneficiary youth is eligible to take an interest-free loan up to Rs. 3 lakh and government contracts up to Rs. 25 lakh.
