Introduction The Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana is a flagship skill development initiative launched by the Government of Madhya Pradesh to empower educated but unemployed youth across the state. The core idea behind this scheme is simple yet powerful to learn skills and earn while you train. Instead of waiting for a job, young people get hands-on training in reputed industrial units and private institutions within Madhya Pradesh and across India. The program is implemented through the Madhya Pradesh Skill Development and Employment Generation Board, which ensures structured training and certification. More than 703 skill training areas have been identified, covering sectors such as :- Construction. Electrical & Mechanical Engineering. Civil Engineering. IT & Software Development. Apart from the skill training, monthly stipend will also provided to selected youths as per their educational qualification under the Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana. After successful completion, trainees receive a State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) Certificate, which significantly improves their employability. Benefits Under this scheme, eligible youth receive a monthly stipend during their training period. The amount depends on educational qualification :- Educational Qualification Monthly Stipend 12th Pass Rs. 8,000 ITI Pass Rs. 8,500 Diploma Holder Rs. 9,000 Graduate and Above Rs. 10,000 The stipend is directly transferred to the trainee’s bank account after completing one month of training. Step 1: Visit the Official Portal :- Go to the Official Mukhyamantri Seekho Kamao Yojana Portal. Step 2: Registration Using Samagra ID :- Click on the Candidate Registration option. Enter your Samagra ID (mandatory). An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. After OTP verification, your basic details will be auto-filled by the system. Make sure your Samagra profile is updated before applying. Step 3: Fill Personal & Educational Details :- Confirm your personal information. Enter your educational qualification (12th / ITI / Diploma / Graduate). Choose your preferred skill training sector from the available options. Step 4: Upload Required Documents Step 5: Submit the Application and Download or note the acknowledgment number for future reference. Step 6: Verification & Selection :- Authorities verify your application and eligibility. Once approved, you will be allotted a training establishment. Training begins as per schedule communicated to you. Step 7: Stipend Disbursement :- After completing one month of training, the stipend amount is directly transferred to your registered bank account through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).
