<h3>Introduction</h3> <ul> <li>Rajasthan Government launched Indira Priyadarshini Puraskar Yojana in 2019.</li> <li>Government's main aim behind launching this scheme is to encourage girl students so that they complete their basic education and pursue further for higher education.</li> <li><a href="https://education.rajasthan.gov.in/home" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Education Department</a> is the implementing department of this scheme.</li> <li>Indira Priyadarshin Puraskar Yojana of Rajasthan Government is the monetary assistance scheme in which meritorious and district topper girl students will get financial assistance.</li> <li>Financial Assistance under this scheme will be provided separately to each topper in Science, Arts, Commerce and Sanskrit of each district.</li> <li>District Topper of Class 12th will get additional assistance of a scooter along with Rs. 1 lakh.</li> <li>Whereas, district topper of Class 8th and Class 10th will only get financial assistance of Rs. 40,000/- and Rs. 75,000/- respectively.</li> <li>Beneficiary Girl Student can also check the <a href="viewcontent/schemesall/state-specific-schemes/welfare-schemes-of-rajasthan/kalpana-chawla-scooty-vitran-yojana?lgn=en" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kalpana Chawla Scooty Vitran Yojana</a> of Rajasthan Government in which scooty will be provided to those girl students who opt engineering or diploma courses.</li> </ul> <h3>Benefits</h3> <ul> <li>Financial Assistance of Rs. 40,000/- to Class 8th District Topper.</li> <li>Financial Assistance of Rs. 75,000/- to Class 10th District Topper.</li> <li>Financial Assistance of Rs. 1,00,000/- and a Scooty to Class 12th District Topper.</li> </ul> <h3>Eligibility</h3> <ul> <li>Girl Students who topped their District in Class 8th, Class 10th and Class 12th.</li> <li>Girl Studnets should be currently studying in :- <ul> <li>Class 9th.
