<h3>Introduction</h3> <ul> <li>Rajasthan Government launched Mukhyamantri Ayushman Arogya (MAA) Voucher Yojana in April 2024.</li> <li>The main objective of this scheme is to decrease the mother and infant mortality rate in Rajasthan.</li> <li>This scheme is implemented by Medical, Health, and Family Welfare Department of Rajasthan Government.</li> <li>E Vouchers will be provided to Pregnant Woman of Rajasthan State when she is in her 2nd or 3rd Trimester of Pregnancy under MAA Voucher Yojana.</li> <li>The vouchers can be used in any Government or Empanalled Hospital to avail the benefit of free sonography/ ultrsound.</li> <li>Pregnant Woman can avail this facility once during her pregancy period and within 30 days of issuing the MAA Voucher.</li> <li>QR code based MAA Vouchers will also be sent to beneficiary woman's mobile number.</li> <li>Visit nearest Public Health Centre to get MAA Vouchers for free ultrasound/ sonography.</li> </ul> <h3>Benefits</h3> <ul> <li>MAA Vouchers will be issued to Pregnant Women.</li> <li>These Vouchers can be used for Free of Cost Ultrasound/ Sonography.</li> <li>Valid only for 30 Days from the date of issue.</li> <li>MAA Vouchers will be issued only once during pregnancy.</li> </ul> <h3>Eligibility</h3> <ul> <li>Pregnant Women of Rajasthan State.</li> <li>Women should be in her 2nd or 3rd Trimester of Pregnancy.</li> </ul> <h3>Documents</h3> <ul> <li>Jan Aadhaar Card.</li> <li>Aadhaar Card.</li> <li>Mobile Number.</li> </ul> <h3>Process to Apply</h3> <ul> <li>Pregnant Women will have to visit nearest Public Health Centre for her first ANC Checkup at the time of 2nd or 3rd Trimester of her pregnancy.</li> <li>Medical Officer Incharge will take the details from pregnant women and register her on <a title="External website that opens in new window" href="https://pctsrajmedical.rajasthan.gov.in/private/login.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noopener">PCTS Portal Rajasthan.</a></li> <li>After registration Medical Officer Incharge will generate the QR code based MAA Voucher in the name of pregnant women which is valid till 30 days from the date of issue.</li> <li>Pregnant Women will have to visit any Government or Empanelled Private Hospital/ Centre, show the MAA Voucher and avail the benefit of free of cost sonography/ ultrasound under this scheme.</li> <li>If sonography/ ultrasound is conducted in private emapanelled hospital then the amount will be paid by Government of Rajasthan through DBT mode.</li> </ul> <h3>Contact</h3> <ul> <li>Contact Anganwadi Centre or Nearest Public Health Centre for further assistance.</li> </ul>
