empowerment of women, the Rajasthan Government has been implementing various women-focused welfare initiatives.</li> <li>As part of this effort, a programme named the "Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana" has been introduced.</li> <li>The main aim of this scheme is to provide skill-based training in computer education, spoken English, and personality development.</li> <li>Through this initiative, eligible women and girls will receive computer and English speaking courses completely free of cost.</li> <li>The Women and Child Development Department, Rajasthan has been designated as the nodal department for effective implementation of the scheme.</li> <li>Women and girls of Rajasthan who have passed 10th or 12th class are eligible to apply for this scheme.</li> <li>The minimum age for applicants in all courses has been fixed at 18 years.</li> <li>The maximum age limit is 45 years for the RS-CSEP course and 40 years for the remaining courses.</li> <li>The scheme offers the following training duration for each course :- <ul> <li>RS-CIT – 132 hours of training over a period of 3 months.</li> <li>RS-CFA – 100 hours of training with 2 hours daily for 5 days a week.</li> <li>RS-CSEP – 130 hours of training with 2 hours daily for 5 days a week.</li> </ul> </li> <li>After completing the training, candidates with at least 65 percent attendance will be required to appear in an examination.</li> <li>Applicants who successfully pass the examination will be awarded a certificate for the respective course.</li> <li>Applications for the Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana can be submitted online through the RKCL portal or offline at the nearest E-Mitra Kendra.</li> </ul> <h3>Benefits</h3> <ul> <li>Under the Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana, the following computer-based courses are provided free of cost :- <ul> <li>RS-CIT – Rajasthan State Certification Course in Information Technology.</li> <li>RS-CFA – Rajasthan State Certification Course in Financial Accounting.</li> <li>RS-CSEP – Rajasthan State Certification Course in Spoken English and Personality Development.</li> <li>After Ward Number.</li> <li>Rural applicants need to select their Gram Panchayat and Village name.</li> <li>If you are a victim of violence with an FIR registered, select ‘Yes’; otherwise choose ‘No’.</li> <li>Select your category and enter your educational qualification details.</li> <li>For educational details, choose the board, enter the roll number, and select the year of passing.</li> <li>Click on ‘Find My Detail’ to fetch percentage information automatically; if unavailable, enter it manually.</li> <li>Indicate whether you hold a graduation degree by selecting ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.</li> <li>If ‘Yes’ is selected, provide the required graduation-related details.</li> <li>After filling in all information, upload your signature and necessary documents.</li> <li>Preview the complete application form before final submission.</li> <li>If all details are correct, tick the declaration agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.</li> <li>Click on the “Final Lock and Submit” button to complete the apply for the Mukhyamantri Nari Shakti Prashikshan Evam Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana can easily complete the process through the offline mode as well.</li> <li>The Rajasthan Government has made this facility available via authorized E-Mitra Kendras so that even applicants with limited internet access can apply without difficulty.</li> <li>To apply offline, the applicant must visit the nearest
