Introduction The Government of Rajasthan has launched an ambitious youth-focused entrepreneurship scheme named Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana (MYSY). The scheme was formally inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma on 12 January 2026, coinciding with National Youth Day. The scheme has been launched with the objective of providing interest-free financial assistance to young individuals who wish to start or expand their own business ventures but lack access to affordable capital. Through this scheme, the state government aims to nurture a strong ecosystem of micro-entrepreneurs and promote sustainable livelihood opportunities across Rajasthan. The scheme is implemented by the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Rajasthan, and will remain operational up to 31 March 2029. Interest free loan up to Rs. 10 lakh will be provided under Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana by the Rajasthan Government to eligible youths of the state to start or expand their business. Application is open now and beneficiary youth can apply online through Single Sign On Portal. Benefits Under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarojgar Yojana, the Rajasthan Government provides the following benefits to eligible youth entrepreneurs :- 100% interest-free project loans for setting up or expanding enterprises. Entire interest component on the loan is borne by the State Government. Financial support available for Service, Business, and Manufacturing sectors. Beneficiaries also receive short-term skill training through the Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation. The scheme targets the creation of 1 lakh young micro-entrepreneurs every year. Loan Amount and Margin Money Details For Class 8 to Class 12 Passed Youths :- Up to Rs. 3.5 lakh for Service and Business activities. Up to Rs. 7.5 lakh for Manufacturing units. Margin contribution :- 10% of loan amount or maximum Rs. 35,000. For Graduates / ITI / Higher Education Passed Youths :- Up to Rs. 5 lakh for Service and Business activities. Up to Rs. 10 lakh for Manufacturing units. Margin contribution :- 10% of loan amount or maximum Rs. 50,000. Eligibility Applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan. Age should be between 18 and 45 years. Individuals as well as registered HUFs, Societies, Partnership Firms, LLPs, Companies, and Self-Help Groups are eligible. Applicant must not be a defaulter of any bank or financial institution. Loan repayment period is 5 years. A moratorium period of 6 months is provided before repayment begins. Detailed project report / business plan. Process to Apply Eligible youths can apply online for the Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana through the Rajasthan Single Sign-On (SSO) Portal. Visit the Rajasthan SSO Portal and complete registration using Jan Aadhaar or Email ID. Login using the username and password received on registered email. Search for “Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana (MYSY)” on the dashboard. Click on New Application. Fill the application form in the following stages :- General information. Personal details. Current and permanent address. Proposed workplace details. Project and business details. Selection of bank / financial institution Uploading required documents. Review the filled application and submit it. Applications are first examined by District Industries and Commerce Centre officials. Eligible applications are forwarded to the Selection Committee. Approved cases are sent to the concerned bank or financial institution for loan processing and disbursement. Eligible Services, Manufacturing & Business Activities Under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana, interest-free loans are available for a wide range of entrepreneurial activities across service, manufacturing, and trading sectors. Hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic laboratories. Cooperative and allied service activities. Real estate and property-related services. Advertising, marketing, and promotional services. Education, coaching, and employment-oriented services. Travel agencies, transport support, and security services. Energy generation and allied service activities. Event management and entertainment services. Computer, IT, and digital-based services. Other service activities not classified elsewhere. Manufacturing Sector :- Agro-based and agriculture-linked industries. Food processing and food product manufacturing units. Dairy and milk-based processing industries. Mineral-based and stone-related industries. Textile, garment, and apparel manufacturing units. Leather and leather product industries. Finishing and surface treatment industries. Chemical, plastic, and polymer-based manufacturing. Metal and metal product manufacturing units. Machinery, tools, and equipment manufacturing.
