Eligibility The applicant must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh. The candidate should belong to an economically or socially disadvantaged section and require support for competitive exam preparation. The applicant must meet the educational qualification prescribed for the examination selected under the scheme. Students applying for JEE or NEET coaching should be studying in or have passed Class 11 or Class 12 with the Science stream. Candidates seeking coaching for UPSC Civil Services or UPPSC examinations should be graduates or students in the final year of graduation.
