Eligibility The applicant must be a resident of an eligible urban area within the notified districts of Uttar Pradesh. The applicant should possess a minimum of 100 square feet of open and unobstructed rooftop or terrace space suitable for gardening. The rooftop space should be available for establishing and maintaining a rooftop garden under the scheme. The applicant must be able to provide proof of residence within the applicable municipal area. The availability of rooftop space must be supported through the prescribed affidavit and other required documents.
