Introduction Uttarakhand Government launched Mukhyamantri Ekal Mahila Swarojgar Yojana with an objective to promote self employment among needy women. This scheme also aims to support women beneficiaries financially so that they can start their own income generation business activity. This scheme is implemented by Women Empowerment and Child Development Department of Uttarakhand Government. Uttarakhand Government will provide subsidy to eligible women beneficiaries on starting their own business activity worth up to Rs. 2 lakh. Subsidy of 75% of Project Cost or maximum Rs. 1.5 lakh (whichever is higher) will be provided under Mukhyamantri Ekal Mahila Swarojgar Yojana of Government of Uttarakhand. Subsidy under this scheme will be disbursed in 3 installments. Mukhyamantri Ekal Mahila Swarojgar Yojana Application Form is available in the office of DPO and CDPO Office. Application is started from 18 june 2025 and the last date to apply is 31st July 2025. Activies Eligible Agriculture Gardening Animal Husbandary Plumbing Data Entry Beauty Parlor Eletrician Poultry Farming General Store Catering Tele Calling Etc. Benefits Subsidy on a Project Cost of up to Rs. 2 lakh. Government will provide subsidy of 75% of Project Cost or maximum of Rs. 1.5 lakh whichever is higher. 25% of Project Cost will be borne by Women Applicant. Subsidy Distribution Subsidy amount under Mukhyamantri Ekal Mahila Swarojgar Yojana of Uttarakhand Government will be released in 3 installment by following the below mentioned rules :- First Installment :- 50% of the Subsidy Amount. Released only when women deposits her half share of project cost. (12.5% out of 25%) Second Installment :- 30% of the Subsidy Amount. Released only when women deposits her 30% share in the bank account. Third Installment :- 20% of the Subsidy Amount. Released after Inspection and Audit of the business. Eligibility Women Applicants are Eligible. Annual Income should be not more than Rs. 72,000/- per year. Age should be between 21 years to 50 years. Below mentioned category women/ applicant are eligible to apply :- Unmarried Abandoned Transgender Widow Acid or Crime Victims Single Women having unmarried or minor children Documents Aadhaar Card Income Certificate Proof of Age Bank Account Details Color Photograph PAN Card Death Certificate of Husband. (For Widow) Any other document to proove the category of women applicant Process to Apply Take Application Form from the Office of District Program Officer (DPO) or Child Development Project Officer. (CDPO) Fill it correctly without making any mistake. Attach all the required documents with it. Mukhyamantri Ekal Mahila Swarojgar Yojana Application Form with all the documents will be submitted in the same office of DPO or CDPO through registered post. No other mode of submitting the application form is accepted. Submitted Application Forms will be verified by the District Committee headed by Chief Development Officer.
