Apply for Permanent Resident of Tripura Certificate (PRTC)

The Domicile Certificate in Tripura is known as “Permanent Resident of Tripura Certificate”, and is issued to a person who has been residing in the State for a period of not less than 10 years, immediately prior to the date of application for the certificate. (Ref: Govt. of Tripura O.M. No. F.28(31)/REV/87 dated 11/01/1996)

Citizen can apply for Permanent Resident of Tripura Certificate in the respective SDM Office of Ambassa, Gandacherra, Kamalpur & Longtharai Valley. The citizen can apply online in the eDistrict Portal also.
