Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Judicial Court Case Management System

MP-CJCMS (Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Judicial Court Case Management System) was conceptualized with a vision to transform the cooperative judiciary by making use of technology. The project had been developed in harmony with the relevant provisions of the MP Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. MP-CJCMS aims to develop, deliver, install, and implement automated decision-making and decision-support systems in 114 cooperative judicial courts across State of Madhya Pradesh.

Department of Cooperation, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh with help of National Informatics Centre, Bhopal has implemented Cooperative Judicial Court Case Management System (CJCMS) where each and every court case for which registration, hearing, case disposal, transfer, remand, reopened in each cooperative court in Madhya Pradesh has been brought on automation mode.

Objectives

MP-CJCMS, a unique effort for e-enablement of Cooperative courts in Madhya Pradesh, is a landmark initiative of Department of Cooperation, probably the very first initiative all across the nation.

It has very clear dual objectivesTo reform the processes on one hand, and enhance cooperative judicial productivity both qualitatively and quantitatively on the other to make the justice delivery system affordable, accessible, cost effective, transparent and accountable.

The scope of the project is to develop, deliver, install and implement automated decision making and decision support system in cooperative courts in Madhya Pradesh. It is web-based system accessible 24X7 over internet from anywhere.
