- To promote a robust investment climate that enables multiple financial models, from self-owned (CAPEX) to third-party owned (RESCO) models. Aiso facilitate access to loans at preferential interest rates through various schemes that may be introduced from time to time, whether through public or private channels.

Power Policy (Draft), 2018
- Jharkhand Power Policy, 2018 is structured keeping customers as the focal point & aims at making available the people of state reliable supply of power at affordable prices with improved security and independence, greater sustainability and economic growth.
- Encouraging the use of renewable energy in the state with focus on decentralized generation of power using renewable energy.
- Achieving a target of 15% AT&C losses.
