Your health information is scattered across a number of sources like hospitals, clinics, clinical laboratories, diagnostic centres and other healthcare service providers. MyHealthRecord is synchronized/seamlessly integrated with Android and iOS apps. Your wellness data recorded by these apps can be pushed into MyHealthRecord and can get consolidated into MyHealthRecord. MyHealthRecord dashboard enables user to access all key data and information from a single interface. The dashboard helps the user to comprehend his physical health in a better way and can assist him to take preventive actions based on these vitals. Once the user logged into the application, the user is redirected to the dashboard of the application in which the user is able to see key information and data according to today's, week, month and year wise. User is able to view statistics in a graphical view for estimated calories, SpO2, blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood glucose, body Mass Index, clinical parameters including blood pressure, blood glucose, immunizations, lab tests, medications, procedures and allergies can be viewed and the user can also view activities performed by the user.

Share Health Records

MyHealthRecord is created, maintained, managed and controlled by an individual himself/herself. However, users can share documents with Healthcare Provider and Family and Friends. While sharing the document, validity can be set by the user to access the document. User can share their health information like prescriptions, lab test reports, medical images, wellness parameters etc. Maintaining your health records like prescriptions, lab test reports, immunization details, information about your allergies, medical images etc. can help you in managing your health efficiently. If shared with your doctor, these saved past health records, besides saving costs can increase the quality and speed of your treatment. In MyHealthRecord users can share records as well as view shared history.

Having a MyHealthRecord means your important health information like allergies, procedures, medication, prescription, lab test report, medical images, wellness parameters etc. can be accessed through one system. Healthcare providers like doctors, specialists and hospital staff can see it online from anywhere at any time when they need to, like in an accident or emergency. MyHealthRecord also has a clinical practice module, if your doctor is using the module, MyHealthRecord would provide back to back seamless connectivity with the clinical practice module so that the health information is exchanged between you and your doctor instantly.
