YSR Sampoorna Poshana

Brief objective

YSR Sampoorna Poshana Plus is intended to supply nutritious food in 77 tribal mandals. 

Scope of coverage

77 Scheduled and Tribal sub plan mandals spread over 7 Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDAs) of Sitampeta, Parvatipuram, Paderu, Rampachodavaram, Chinturu, K.R.Puram and Srisailam and 8 districts in the State.

Benefits to the citizens

1. Nutritious food will be supplied to children and pregnant women, irrespective of their health profile
2. Will address underweight complication in children

Eligibility

•  All Children aged 6- 72 months
• All Pregnant Women and Lactating Mothers 

How to apply

This is a state implemented scheme. The Anganwadi workers will collect the data by enrolling all eligible women and children.

Whom to contact 

The implementation agency at the state/district level are the Integrated Tribal Development Authority (ITDA) and the Department of Womean and Child Development.
